Our special karate trials for children and adults
come and join our karate family and find out how you and your family can have fun and children will learn discipline while defending yourselves.
our friday southgate venue. karate classes from 4:30pm and 5:30pm
karate classes and times for everyone to enjoy: we train every week apart from 2 weeks xmas, 1 week easter, 2 weeks summer & last bank holiday in may, enabling everyone to be able to grade.
3-6 years 4.30 – 5.15pm
7 years to adults mixed 5.30 – 6.30pm

the membership during this time is free, but you may apply for it after you have completed the introductory course along with a license and insurance (compulsory in all martial arts). if you decide to join us as a member at the end of the three or four-week course.
