🥋 Martial Arts Equipment Returns & Exchanges Policy (Online Orders)

We want you to feel confident in your martial arts gear. If something doesn’t fit quite right, we’re here to help with a smooth return or exchange process.
📅 Your Right to Return
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations:
• Notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving your item if you wish to return or exchange.
• Return the item within 14 days of your return confirmation.
To begin a return, email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.
✔️ Return Conditions
Items must be:
• Unworn, unused, and in original packaging
• Free from marks, odours, or signs of wear
• Tried on over clothing only
• Returned with tags and hygiene seals intact (if applicable)

Note : Personalised Printed Garments cannot be returned

• For incorrect size or change-of-mind returns, you cover return postage.
• If the item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover return costs.
