TRAINING VENUES AND TIMES. TRAIN EVERY WEEK WITH THE EXCEPTION OF CHRISTMAS, EASTER AND 1 WEEK IN THE SUMMER AND THE LAST MAY BANK HOLIDAY, WE RECOMMEND EVERY STUDENT TRAINS AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK.
We recommend training twice a week or more. This will give your muscles the muscle memory to be able to react quickly in a situation.
Also you will see your progress through the grading system to be quicker, as you will learn the katas and grading syllabus better as well as see improvements in your technique. Trials are a great way to help you decide if karate is for you ! a one week trial is not recommended.
Join us as a member and because we have great Joining packages which include a karate uniform (Gi) and so much more to start your karate journey. These are obtained from the club.
